Avenue 360 Clinic is a community health center. This clinic will also offer OB/GYN, dental and behavioral health services. We accept the following insurances: Aetna, Ambetter, Amerigroup, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Community Health Choice, Medicaid, Medicare, Texas Children’s Health Plan, United Healthcare, and many others.
No insurance? No problem. We provide our health care services based on a sliding scale, based on what you can afford. Please call to speak to an eligibility specialist to determine the cost of your visit.
Dr. Ramos-Patel is a board-certified pediatrician and internist.
A mother of 4 herself, she enjoys encouraging families as they raise their children. Her interests include caring for newborns and infants, breastfeeding medicine, and young mothers. Dr. Ramos-Patel speaks fluent Spanish and enjoys caring for families of all cultures.
MEDICAL TRAINING + CERTIFICATIONS
She earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 2006. She then completed a combined residency at Baylor in both Pediatrics and Internal Medicine in 2010, where she was elected Chief Resident, training at Texas Children’s Hospital, Ben Taub General Hospital, St. Luke’s Episopal Hospital, and the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center.
